NCCM, a cultural exchange and services organization, founded on February 7, 2001 in Minnesota as a unique 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, is committed to improving the cross-cultural understanding between the East and West.

The New Culture Center In the Midwest also promotes and fosters a democratic culture, while assisting the public in search of valuable cultural knowledge to improve the quality of life by:

Educating and introducing the American culture to Chinese-speaking immigrants and visitors by conducting workshops, seminars, and conferences to assist in the adaptation of life in America.

Educating and introducing the Chinese culture to Non-Chinese speaking audiences by providing a wide range of services to the community, developing websites in both Chinese and English to help promote cultural exchange, and producing television programs that introduce the Chinese culture to the American public.
