NCCM's workshops focuses on understanding and respecting the cultural differences of Chinese and Western societies, the social issues affecting Chinese people in the U.S. and in China, and educating and sharing on traditional Chinese culture.

NCCM's workshops endeavor to facilitate learning experiences that are informative and enjoyable for adults and children. The workshops are held in classrooms, the workplace, and at community events.
